FUE vs Strip Research Study

Dr. Parsa Mohebi, founder of US Hair Restoration and chairman of FUE Research Committee, is now enrolling participants for the newest FUE Research Study. This new study will be one of the most scientific comparisons done in the field of hair restoration, between the two different methods of hair transplantation “FUE and strip.” The purpose of this study is to be able to make viable comparisons between the traditional strip method of hair transplantation and the newer method of Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE).

The FUE vs Strip study will involve populations from different regions, in order to increase the generalization of the sample size to provide more accurate results. There will be 5 different locations conducting the study including Los Angeles, Colorado, New York, India and Brazil.

Those who would like to participate in the study will first need to meet with the hair transplant surgeon to determine their qualification. After having the procedure, all participants are later required to go in for a 6 month and 12 month follow up, in order for the surgeon to be able to compare the results between the two methods. By observing both methods performed on one participant, results can accurately be measured which will allow more effective treatment methods to be done in the future.

For a limited time, Dr. Parsa Mohebi will be providing an incentive in all of his Southern California offices to the participants in this study for their dedicated time and commitment.
