Who Should Get Radiesse?

Patients who are between the ages of 35 and 60 are the great candidates for the injections. Radiesse® is a temporary treatment which requires patients to repeat the treatment for ongoing maintenance and the highest level of results. Radiesse® has been reported to provide up to 80% improvement through the first initial treatment.

How long is the recovery time

The common side effect is a minimal amount of swelling which will last from 24-36 hours. There will be some discomfort or minor bruising which can be managed through using over-the-counter medicine. USHRSpa recommends minimal exposure to direct sunlight. Aside from this temporary adjustment, the patient can continue their everyday routine after treatment.

What are the risks?

Rare complications can include the appearance of nodules, which may require the use of steroid treatments or even surgical intervention.
